Hi,

 

A week or so ago, a copycat-channel was found on DailyMotion. I recently searched for it some more and turns out he still isn't stopped.

The current 4 vids that are on the channel are:

- Insane 32 core server part 3

- Scrapyard wars 2b and 2c (2d is probably being recorded as we speak >_<)

- Steelseries Apex keyboard.

 

And if I recall correctly the impersonator didn't have a proper profile pic. Now he does: Linus'.

He also now acknowledges the fact that he is ripping Linus off: No wait Vessel rips. Not all content covered, only the good stuff. NOTE - vids will be deleted once they go live on LTT's YT channel.

 

I'm not gonna link the channel since it would only encourage more people to go and watch over there.

@nicklmg : It's been a week since you took actions, and nothing has happened yet.

He didn't quit / halt his copyright infringments. Tbh, It even got worse

DailyMotion is quite loose with copyright infringments then? Youtube would block that channel in less than 5 minutes ...

Atleast you now have 3 facts where you can copyright him for:

- Stealing the vids (duh)

- Impersonating you

- Acknowledging the fact that he is uploading copyrighted content.
