Want to make a rack, need a bit of help

I have a few questions:

 

-what is the full dimensions of a rack that can hold a pc?

-will this be enough? or will i need 2 packs of 2? (4 rails in total): http://www.ebay.ca/itm/20-SPACE-20U-Rack-Rail-PAIR-EIA-19-AUDIO-RACK-MOUNT-/380370975446

-how far do the rails/legs have to be apart from each other?

-what is the dimension of a standard network switch rack? (19in (WxLxD .etc)

hmm, I would say Triple D's, probably enough cushion for a mini ITX
