I think he meant that the R7 370 was good for stuff like LoL at 4k, and the R9 380 for more demanding games. Either way not exactly a strong presentation so far.

$429 MSRP for 390X....

 

The cheapest 290X 8GB here in the UK is like £300. I think $429 is a decent LAUNCH price for a 290X 8GB rebrand.

Lets hope it goes down kinda quickly low, I was hoping to get 2 R9 390 8GB for less than £500.
