AMD - A New Era In PC Gaming

Opcode

OMG do you have the specs/numbers?

I'm 95% sure she made a mistake and meant half the watts for the same performance or double the performance per watt. Double the efficiency.

This.

'She said 1.5x the performance per watt'.

I am guessing the R9 Nano is a 390X/290X 4GB (using HBM instead of GDDR5)

You should be able to understand that pretty easy if you weren't nitpicking

" We've been working of this for years"

It's a pretty damn bad way to put it when everyone is upset about rebranding old GPUs.

Such hype. Can't wait.

I really hope this card (Fury) is able to outperform at least the 980 Ti, for about the same price point.

And it won't sell: hilariously because up until this week all of AMD's marketing budget has gone into pushing the (bullshit) message that 4GB isn't enough vram for anything beyond 1080p. xD

Unless they're now claiming this as a 1080p card, they've kind of screwed themselves a little.

That came out of nowhere. Damn that looks pretty interesting.

Nah sorry you're wrong.

?   They just said that in the presentation, 2x perf/watt compared to the 290X.

I guess that AMD is lying in their own presentation then? Do you have the TDP of the card? :(
