Depends. If I am studying hard I plan to sleep for 6 hours. If I am not 7-8 hours.

6-9, but it should be 7 1/2 - 8. I feel groggy/foggy if I sleep for 9 hours and unrested with 6 hours.

Sleeping too long can have negative side-effects just the same as sleeping too little.

Well I still try to sleep 6+. But I don't game too long if I have to wake up early the next day.

Longest I've ever slept is 15 hours. Was after a party. But I usually sleep for about 6-10 hours unless I'm studying then I'm gonna sleep for about 5-6 hours.

Longest I have ever slept was like 20 hours. I was sick. I remember waking up and it was very cloudy during summer just before raining I thought it was early, but then I walked around the house didn't find anyone. Walked outside met my mom and she was like you finally woke up, I was like finally? And then I found out it's pretty much the end of a next day already.

I'm in the exam period now so i sleep 6-7 hours.

If it's just school i sleep 7,5 hours.

In the weekend, in sleep usually for 10-12 hours

It can happen i take a little nap in the day, probably between 15 minutes and 1,5 hours.

Mostly less than an hour.

During vacation, depends on the weather and what i do, usually 6-7 hours when it's a lazy period.

When i do a lot, it's more like 8-9 hours.

diffrent each day, my body obeys the alarm, but my mind does what it wants to do.

but roughly 5-6h and since it's summer again 5h might be a max.

May the light have your back and your ISO low.

Exactly what I'll be getting sleep wise this time next year with some luck (camping out at the track)

Normally I get about 7 hours, but on the weekend make that 8-9 hours. Plus I've got a whole 3 months off starting this friday, so I'll be getting about 8 hours every day minimum then.
