Never really played CSGO (I was somewhat active in 1,6 days and I also played a lot of Source). However I started playing GO two months ago, And I just got done with my 10 placement matches and got into Master Guardian Elite.

Started as a Silver Elite Master, was Gold Nova 1 for a day, then back to SEM, then a few days ago I jumped back to GN1. Hoping to get GN2 soon.

Keep in mind I've only played since the end of the Steam Summer Sale 2015, and had to first play a lot of Arms Race to get Profile Rank 3 in order to be allowed for competitive matchmaking.

Placed in gold nova 2. Ranked up to gold nova 3, deranked back to gold nova 2 because of idiot teammates for the past few days.

Yep. No longer do you need to use third party servers or make your own server, GO has given users easier ways to play 5v5's. Though on shocking servers, they, and the ranks help newer players to jump into the game and have a sense of progressing.

Although I don't play much anymore, I've managed to get both my main and alt to global, it's very easy now after the vaccening (compared to before).

Basically, he's talking about those who class themselves as a higher rank when they're not. May not fully apply to yourself, but those that think they are so much better than those they play with and thus stuck in "Elo hell", when in truth, they make just as many mistakes and don't look at their own mistakes and try and improve.

well i hope that this is not me, im always out to improve, the only reason i say im god enough to be dmg is because i carry every game and am always making callouts
