FHD IPS vs. FHD

I was looking at a laptop and it had two configurations. The SSD one said FHD IPS and the non SSD one said FHD. Is there a difference between these two? Is the FHD display still IPS? Thanks.

fhd means full HD, so it's a ress thing

about the 2nd laptop, if it doesn't say it's an IPS, it probably isn't, since that would be considered as a positive thing and you know advertising...
