Help me with a X99 Build.

CPU: Intel Core i7-5960X 3.0GHz 8-Core Processor

Motherboard: Asus RAMPAGE V EXTREME EATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Elite 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
Storage: Intel 750 Series 400GB PCI-E Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital BLACK SERIES 1TB 3.5 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX Titan X 12GB Superclocked Video Card
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S (Not released as of now)
Case: Corsair Air 540 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 1000G2 1000W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Monitor: Asus PA279Q (2560x1440) not 4k but it has great color accuracy.

This will be used mostly for 3D rendering, illustration and gaming. I want to stick to air cooling since I don't like the risk of leaks even if it's highly unlikely.

What if I change the CPU to a 5820K, the MOBO to X99 Sabertooth (maybe a Deluxe), and add another Titan X. Which one would be better?

Look, I know you don't like water-cooling, but you basically owe it to yourself if you get an extreme edition Intel CPU :(

Edit: Also for the CPU and the Titan X, I would double the Titan X IMO, but the 5960X isn't a bad choice either, because one Titan X does VERY well in gaming already in 4K

From the reviews I've read and watched, the Noctua NH-D15 performs as well if not better than a lot of AIO. So the DH-15S will like perform as good, the only difference is that it's offset giving more room for slot 1, and only has 1 fan, but another can be added if there is room, and most like I will have some.
