That is a good deal actually and you may need more then 8 - you will need them for each VRM module and memory module. You will also need a high quality thermal epoxy or thermal tape. Also, make sure you have good airflow over the card to help keep them cool.

its way too expensive if I have to buy 2 set of the sink I linked.

Is it possible to buy the sink from artic without the cooler ?
