two SSDs, a Titan X, an 18 core Xeon CPU, and 32GB of RAM into an ITX motherboard and a case the size of a shoebox!

How is this a useful build? Why put a Xeon CPU and 32 GB of RAM in a gaming rig?

What about making a video on stuff I can actually buy and build?

Just for shits and giggles. How do you think this thing compares to the Mac Pro. Both to performance and pricing? I mean... yeah maybe not so well on pricing because of the $4.5 grand cpu...

Damn thats impressive, what I wanna know is how the volume of that case compares to the total volume of an xbox one for example since an argument thats always used that "consoles are small" and aren't "huge" like PCs are

Hey Linus, I'm thinking of migrating into this case!

 

The power supply you used in your build is 160mm, tech sheets say 140mm recommended, but 150mm max. I guess this is because of the drive cages.

 

Thing is, I want to use my Super Flower Golden Silent Fanless 500w PSU, which is 170mm long. If I didn't install the drive cage, do you think it will fit my power supply? And is there anywhere else apart from the bottom where you can stick 2.5" drives?

what a beast of a mini system. it actually got a high cinebench score than it did on the test bench when linus was using it WTF!!!!!

Out of curiosity, is there a technical reason you put in a 760W PSU when the system doesn't break 400W? I know you want to have some headroom, but this seems like it just made the build more difficult. Or was it just a part you happened to have lying around?

They only had sleeved cables for a Corsair.
