G.Skill support - How long does an RMA take?

One of my RAM sticks just stopped working, so i requested an RMA and will send them away today. About how long does it take to get new ones? In that period of time i wont be able to use my PC which i would need for school work ATM. Im shipping from germany to the netherlands

mindfactory.de, a german website like newegg or something

But why does it have to go to The Netherlands? The company you bought it from should take care of it.

It really depends on the company you bought it from, usually they test it and if the see that something is wrong with it you get a replacement.

Ive only had 3 RMA and all were solved within 2 weeks. including shipping.

I sent an RMA ticket to G.Skill and they gave me the adress, no idea, maybe they dont have a place in germany.

Reading some reviews. should take about 10 days.

So yeah around two week should do the trick.

 

If you really need your pc just buy a very cheap set secondhand somewhere
