I experienced a similar issue yesterday. Was doing a speedtest when out of nowhere a BSOD Bad_Pool_Header error. It was the first time it happened.

That blue screen code is an indicator that your computer has stopped to prevent harmful data loss. That particular code has to do with hardware or associated drivers and programs. Given that it is only happening when you are playing GTA I suggest you uninstall the game and the driver update that your GPU manufacturer might have put out and reinstall the programs and drivers.

If that does not resolve the problem, run antiviral and run a check for errors on your HD.

This cannot be resolved without the error log in event viewer. I need the whole debug report before qnyone can say for certain wha4 the problem was caused by.
