people says extreme CPUs is waste?

I mean the 3930k and 3970X and more of them...

people told me (friends) that those CPUs is for server, heavy editing, many screen options...

But nobody said that it was for gaming.

those CPUs socket is 2011.

if those CPUs it not for gamign why do it have gaming mobos then?? like Rampage iv formula?

its a gaming mobo

why is their cpus not for gaming and their mobos is for gaming?

Just because these CPU's arent designed for gaming, doesnt mean they dont perform great in gaming, if games took advantage of all those threads, they would destroy lesser CPU's

Yes, you can game with an SBe.

If all you're doing is gaming, don't bother. You don't need the most powerful cpu to game. You could use the fastest cpu though, 4670k or 4770k would be the fastest clock per clock vs SBe.

If you're after the best you can build right now then yeah, go for the best.

 -snip-

Is this a gaming build? Bit overkill on the psu (500w overkill).

You most likely will not have many more fps than someone next to you with a 2500k and gtx 780.

If it's a WS build, I think you might have the wrong case :P

A 4770k is faster than  a 3930k in gaming...if you have no need for more cores you can buy a 1150 board. Many people game and work on their computer and buy a 3930k.
