ThermalTake SpinQ (It's discontinued)

how does this work?

It uses multiple fans in a row to create the same effect used in a turbine, basically it creates a high pressure output on the pipes to help increase cooling.  Considering I was once a gas turbine engineer, I don't completely buy it, but the thing looks amazing and it doesn't cool any worse than any other fan I've used, so no performance loss and it looks great, that's good enough for me lol.

Seeing the results of the cooler compared to the old H100 I was really surprised that such a light heatsink could outperform (with an additional fan of course) such a well respected pre-compiled watercooler. Personally, I just upgraded from the NH-C14 downdraft CPU cooler from Noctua which I got great results from - and quite liked the peace of mind knowing I was helping cool other parts of my motherboard - to the Dark Rock Pro 2.

PWM control was lacking on noctua's heatsinks, otherwise I might have opted for the NH-D14. It's so nice to have the fans crank way down when the CPU is at idle. The noisiest part of my PC before swapping my CPU cooler was the NH-C14.

i'm pretty sure no one (or perhaps one or two) will say Noctua NH D14 is the best looking Air Coolers.

I like V8 coolers and dark pro.

The Phantek, Be Quiet!, and Xigmatek Dark Knight heatsinks are cool and all, but none of them can begin to compare to the Prolimatech Megahalems Black, Red, or Blue Series heatsinks in aesthetics:

I have the same CPU cooler, but my LEDs on the fan seem to have died out (not completely, but they are as bright as they were when I bought it), do you have the same problem?
