You could say this is more of a hypothetical scenario, I have two monitors 1080p, I want a third one that is a square res. I'd really like @Geekazoid input.

Alright, so you want 16:10? 1920X1200? I think we might be on to something! :P

Wait, you said square. :0

You mean you want a 4:3 or 5:4 supplementary monitor? :P

Yeah, something like that, care to explain 5:4 I do not think I've ever heard of it.... I'd love @Geekazoid input  on this. He is my fav monitor guy!

5:4 is an older nearly square ratio. 1280x1024 is a common example.

I'm old I should know about it! I've been into PCs since the 90s :P

Well, why do you want a square 1:1 aspect ratio monitor, for what reason?

Try the Dell P1914s. It should match fairly well with a 24" 1080p monitor.

Is it IPS? I do require that.

Because, it will be an aux monitor and I want something small and I have a sqaure area I am putting it in. I have 24ftx8ft to fit it in.

Alright, I'd suggest buying a 16:10 AR monitor and measuring and cutting off the excess to make a 1:1 AR or square monitor, that should work. :P JK
