Asus Silent Knight - Light Decreased

Dont know exactly since when my Silent Knight Light intensity has substanitally decreased

Dont how to fix this, dont if I need to assume that fan power it might decreased too

I am not sure if I can get a replacemente for that fan... thhnx

 

any thoughts?
