Hey guys!
I'm finally starting to work on my personal build.
Calling it Sleipnir after Odin's eight legged horse in Norse mythology (5960X 8 cores)
Much of this build is going to be overkill. But I'm doing it because, well because I can mostly B)

I have some case mods planned already, but I'd like feedback and more ideas ;)
Case is getting painted grey

Gray and Orange would be sick.

This is going to be a very, very expensive build that most of us could only dream of.

Does anyone know which is more powerfull of 3x 980 VS 2x TitanX?

2x TitanX is a bit cheaper (not by much) than 3x 980

3 980s have slightly better performance in synthetic benchmarks. But if your playing games at higher resolutions, the 4gb of VRAM in the 980 may reduce performance, the 12gb in the titan will probably make it perform better. I would go with the 2 titans, it won't look as nice as 3 980's but you'll have 2 titans.

yeah, and I can always expand it later to 3x titanx later I guess

I really like the look of 3x cards

I rercived the RAM today  :)  thought I would share my progress ;)
I went with a 32GB HyperX poredator 3000Mhz kit and EK monarch blocks.
By a mistake I ordered the CSQ blocks instead of the clean ones

I don't know if I should just polish down the frosting on the CSQ or order in the new clean ones....

I'm planing to cut out some logos and have them iluminated (like I did with the skryrim logo in the 800Dusty build) and I've started working on the designs. Planning to do at least two logos, one to cover the 5 1/4 bays and one on the midplate. What do you guys think?
