Every video I've ever seen of the mobo I have (see title) has a different splash screen than mine. This isn't a huge deal but just wanna know what's up.

Secondly,

I updated my BIOS using the built in flasher via the web in the EFI bios and apparently I accidentally flashed the BIOS with the (Europe) server checked. Is that going to affect anything? I switched it to USA and tried to update but when I hit update it said I had the latest version. Is that just the server you are downloading from or is there a difference in the BIOS? Thanks :)

Pretty sure. Wouldn't worry about it if you have the latest version -- shouldn't be an issue.
