The judge only blocked it for those who were already in the US, or are currently on their way to the US as long as they have valid visas. So if you don't already have a visa and you're from one of those countries you're s.o.l.

*sigh* I really want to buy proper server (looking at dell r170's) but am still stuck on weather or not to spend the almost $600 total CAD on the whole thing... O.o (dual 870w power, dual 5520 2.26 GHz, 24GB ram, 4 300gb 10k drives, quad port GB card, idrac 6i raid controller) Or should I get one with similar specs but 1 cpu, 1 power supply (really like the dual redundant supplies on the other one), 3 146GB 10k drives, and 12 GB ram (since I really don't need 24GB yet in it :P) for ~$400 cad....
