Nice! Lovely city. My mum is from the sea and my dad was from the mountains, about 1 hour from Krakow. I'm half Highlander!

That's Mass Effect Andromeda, I found the guys from mass effect 3 to be um ... more wholesome (see below). But that character in the video is pretty fun with a cheeky personality which matters most.

Huh? I like the fact that in a game that is strongly built on human/alien interaction, relationships and exploration it caters to my tastes.  You are overthinking this. The universe isn't solely straight you know. In a game world or the real world I like to have options. Im tired of the SJW whatever crap on both sides. Gay/Bi?Straight is part of the real world, why would games that emulate worlds not have it built in? You sound triggered :)

I haven't played Mass Effect yet so I don't really have comments on it. But could it be the reason for the 3 star rating on Amazon? I really don't know so I might play it just to find out. ?

Bioware's games had same sex relationships for a long while, Dragon Age for example has them too and the other mass effect series.

The low rating is because its super buggy, has unfinished textures, animations are poorly done in places and there are performance issues.

You misunderstand. I’m hardly overthinking this as an analysis of Bioware and it’s employees – perhaps their nature isn’t terribly obvious in the game, but the game itself shows their colours here and there and that leads into the mentality of it all. That’s not an issue, lol. I take umbridge when people make an especially big deal with one group of people and then give everyone else the usual under the message of “equality”. It’s nonsensical to think that you’re promoting equality by solely focusing on the disadvantaged side of an inequality that involves pretty much everyone in some way or another. This isn’t a math equation; it’s sociology.

Like it or not, the longer people ignore the issue with bigotry like that, the worse it’s going to get. It’s probably a better idea to address the issue and acknowledge it head-on with some kind of idea as to what people can do about it… or at the very least let people know so they have one side of the coin.

I don’t understand what you’re defending here. I never questioned any of that… I was criticising the underbelly of a seemingly innocuous and innocent play on romance in ME:A. There is a lot that evidently doesn’t meet the eye here with that.

I dont really care much for who made the game, for me the relationships in it dont feel forced or unnatural or pandering. If I really didnt like the seedy underbelly of the creators of the things I consume.. I would never watch porn .. hahahha
