Singularity Computer Teases Their First Case

KungPaoChino

Singularity Computers, an Australian PC company that focuses on extreme water cooling builds, is now teasing their first computer case.

All PCs built are custom and made to order. These builds typically have mods and some theme to them.

From the teaser / preview  video. It looks like it can support multiple radiators. Four 240mm radiators with a potential for more radiators and larger sizes. (Two radiators on both sides in video)

Possible Specs from video

-ATX motherboard support

-8 PCIE bracket slots (potentially for 4 way SLI CrossFire Config

-Full support for large PSUs like Corsair's AX line

-Four and potentially more radiator support

This small company is also looking forward to innovating in other areas besides cases. Perhaps we may see other custom PC products from them. (Maybe custom sleeved PSU cables. They're pretty good at making sleeved cables.)

My opinion. I have followed this channel for a long time now and this business is growing fairly fast. This builder managed to build amazing systems under clients' requirements and specifications. Hope they have this ready soon. I would buy one if they release it. Unless these chassis are made only for Singularity Build Computers...

This case looks likes amazing. If it is decked out it looks like a car engine. Very symmetrical. Not flashy.

Price - N/A or TBA

Release date-  TBA

Interesting, but hot damn, that's going to be a BIG case.

Edit: Is it just me, or does he sound some what like Doctor Evil from Austin Powers?

Downloading programs from CNet is not a good idea, as they will commonly include unwanted, and sometimes dangerous bloatware... The more you know.

It looks quite large for a computer case. And expensive. Large and expensive. I'd hate to think of the shipping costs for something of that size...

George Lucas is going to have some issues... the TIE fighter resemblance is there.

I personally would never even consider such a monstrosity... test beds look a lot cleaner, and are (most likely) a lot cheaper.

The projects never end in my line of work.

This is not going to be production...

This is one time only custom case for a customer, and he will probably not release the price.

If you want something like this you will need to contact him directly and have him make one for a few grand. It's not like you can just order one from a website...

It will be. The one in the video is a prototype.

Few grand would sound absurd. But maybe limited quantity = higher prices.

They dont make custom cases for mass production. This is by order only. And yes, months of work on a custom case is not going to cost a tiny $500.

The custom work they've done before takes months and is not cheap.

You think he can suddenly afford the CNC/printing machines to do this as a proper business? If so, he's going to fail. We already have a case maker that does custom built, highly customizable cases of the highest quality I've seen - they're called Caselabs.

Hes not going to replace them, thats for damn sure.

He will make them on a order by order basis. AKA you pay the grand or so it might cost for a custom case of this calibre. Maybe even more. Custom work is the opposite of cheap. In a world where you can blow a few hundred on good cable sleeving, what do you think a proper case is going to run?

While CaseLabs is great (I own one) if Singualrity does put this case in production it will be great for the peeps down under. Currently it costs about the same price as a CaseLabs case to get one shipped here.

This guy attention to details on all his custom built pc are so amazing..Seriously I've been following him since he started his yt channel. It's like a heaven for OCD ppl that channel. I'd have no qualm spending loads of money (if I actually have them) for one of his custom built pc.
