Phantom 820, 4770k, Duel 780's Fully Watercooled

SimonM95

Was going to go with xspc on my own build then i saw the kit was ~180usd then the gtx 780 waterblock was another $130 usd i just went with a h100i and a gtx 780 acx so hopefully it wont be a real huge difference from the water cooling...

Update #2 - Motherboard ETA

Well looks like it will be a little while untill I get to actually build this. :( The Formula isnt coming out untill first week august but as soon as I have it ill get to building it! Also the GPU waterblocks are on their way so ill post pictures when I get them.

Update. I have some schedules.

Impact WW33-34 (mid-August)
Formula WW32 (first week August)

Available in all regions, but exact dates depends entirely on efficiency of customs/distributor/retailer in each region. Whether they do pre-order and what price is also up to the retailer.

Mine cost £2692.32 (4,090.93 USD, 3,119.17 EUR) That includes shipping costs. Still have to buy the motherboard and dont know how much it will cost.

I bought from 4 different online stores. Scan.co.uk, Overclockers.co.uk, Dabs.com, shop.xs-pc.com

Be careful with the res pump combo, it is prone to leakage.

you shouldn't regret getting an alien ware,
if they sold the case with all options you can get when you order a full set up, i would probarly buy the case ,
especially the new model, the grill on top that opens up is just so nice, and the leds are awesome.

i'm not a dell fan myself (just some pre-judgement shit on my part :p)
but the alien ware is on my top desire wishlist, but as you can see on my own specs, there is no way on getting that without overpaying 10x on a factury build one.

i'm looking forward for your finished build.

gotta ask something,

i see you got the corsair with the cable kit, does that include the 24 pin? or is that stil an ugly bundle?
and how pricey is it?
(i'm considering trowing my only 6 months old psu out to have that sleaved cable look)

I7 3930K @4.4 GHz  /  Asus rampage 4 formula  / 4x 8gb kingston hyperx blue low profile / gtx 980  / 2x ssd 500gb samsung 840 / 500gb 840evo ssd   /  500 GB WD blue /  windows 7 ultimate

Good for your dad! Like others have said, its not a bad build so at least your dad will put it to use. Plus give you funds towards your current build in progress. Win win!

Keep it up mate

It doesnt include the 24pin and It cost me around £60. The 24pin is sold separately and is £15

I was thinking about putting in a quick release connector somewhere so that bleeding would be easier but im not sure yet. We'll see if I have any problems but hopefully not haha :)

UPDATE

I took everything off my desk so that I could fit everything properly. Quite happy with how its turned out! Thinking about getting a monitor mount for my samsung so that I can put it in portrait. Takes up most of my desk like this.

Thanks :) Probably wont be doing any modding. Well the only thing I have done is cut out a bit of the drive bay so that the radiator will fit haha but other than that probably not
