Hey,

I was wondering what the best thermal compound be for overclocking? I was told that the Arctic Silver 5 or MX4? Are they right?

I use IC Diamond for everything with a heatspreader and Antec Formula 7 for everything without one.

Are the "nano-diamonds" in Antec Formula 7 too small to scratch the die / silicon surface of a chip if it doesn't have a heat spread i.e. GPU? If so, this is the only thing that's been holding me back from replacing Thermal paste on my GPU.
