Maybe they just don't want their computers to stand out?

I personally have a black Define R4. I like it because it's subtle, quiet and is easy to work with.

Sig under construction.

It's all personal preference. Some people don't like flashy things, or they simply don't care.

CPU: Intel i5 3550           | Cooler: Corsair A50          | Motherboard: Asus P8Z77      | Storage: Crucial MX200 250GB |

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB   | GPU: GTX 1650                | Case: NZXT H440 (Red/Black)  | PSU: EVGA 650W G2            |

Cause not everybody wants their computer to look like a spaceship or a nightclub. Some people prefer simplicity.

Looks a hell of a lot better than that:

Maybe I like the simple feel of the prodigy. Maybe I don't want something that feels like a hunk of plastic.

I like the contrast between the clean (boring?) exterior of my case, and the flashy bling of the inside.

People buy them because they like them and its what they want, simple as that. The same reason why you buy the cases you want, are the reasons why they buy the case they want. Its all a matter of opinion.

I am whatever I am.

You kinda answered your own question... Someone that likes the look of the case.

Cases are down to personal preference, you could call me boring for choosing a particular case and i could call you something else for picking another.

I suppose by boring you mean simple?

Just like the cleanness and overall simplicity/

I don't need no flashy LEDs and shark teeth or whatever..
