LAN over Internet at router level

So I'm looking for something like Hamachi but at router level, I mean, I would like to establish a Local Area Network that involves both my house and my apartament in another town, to access all my devices despite being in one or another place, that way, I could access my home server and every PC in my house from my apartament

You can buy yourself a VPN router for 1 location,set up a VPN and connect your other location with that.
