I'm assuming this will be mostly for gaming? If you don't mind getting a tn panel as opposed to the ips, I would recommend getting something with 1-2ms response time. 

 

Also, although I think the actual PC is a very nice build, I do think the monitor will not do it justice. However, if you are happy with 1080, don't care for gsync, and prefer the better colors/viewing angles of the ips, then the monitor you picked will do.

 

For reference I have a benq gl2460 which serves me extremely well and cover all my needs.

The nzxt h440 comes in blue, if you don't want to spend as much, the s340 does too.

Everyone does, they look outright better. And he said in one of his reviews he prefers advantages of the ips over the tn. But for me is the opposite applies since my pc is firstly for gaming and everything else comes second. Ill take the tn over the ips since I've never been big on viewing quality anyway. Also, many of the games I play are fast paced so I figured I'd stick with the lower response.

 

Even so, 5ms is still ok for gaming. There are some cheaper tn panels that have that response time and the big push again ips for gaming is more when they have like 15ms.

Features is something you will need to figure out yourself on a motherboard, too much variation.

I recommend trying to find an Asus or Gigabyte mobo with all the features you like if it doesn't cost anymore still.
