Core Temp/Windows 10?

Go to solution Solved by fracking4oil,

CPU-ID works, I'm pretty sure I used it.

EDIT: Link here

The link you posted is actually for CPU-Z, but HWMonitor will do until/if Core Temp works with Win 10. Thanks!

I've found that Core Temp won't load in Windows 10 Tech Preview without freezing the system. Has anyone found a CPU temp monitor (free) that they've confirmed to work with Win 10?

I meant CPU-ID in general for temp monitoring, but since you asked for CPU temp specifically I linked CPU-Z :)

CPU-Z doesn't actually monitor temps, but not a big deal. Thanks again!

CPU-Z if memory serves monitors the frequency from your CPU not the temp, go http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/ and download the latest version and it should work, if not your pc might not be fully compatible with 10

Core Temp 1.0 RC6 DOES NOT work with w10.

it crashes and fuck other programs up, only solution is to restart and uninstall it.

any other program out there that enables CPU monitoring in the mini icon field by the clock?
