Is my ISP blocking twitch?

It seems as if I cannot connect to twitch in chrome or firefox, but tor is fine. When I ping twitch in CMD I also get 100% packet lose. I can watch streams but only through VLC. Is this twitch messing up, my isp blocking twitch, or what's happening? Don't know if this belongs here or in networking really.

I would try contacting them, maybe they did something wrong.

Try using a VPN and see if you still have the same issues. Otherwise contact the ISP.

What happens when you try to acces 192.16.71.181?

Just to be sure it's not a DNS problem

Maybe. It seems like for some reason something is being blocked, at least anything under the /directory/ URL's. It's been like this for 3ish days. I thought it was just twitch being weird, but connecting through TOR made me think otherwise.
