Found a solution.

I had to uninstall the windows update KB2670838  .

Im getting this error and sometimes I cant even enter Windows, what can I do to fix it?

C:\Windows\system32\d3d10_1.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

That's a DirectX 10 DLL. What version of Windows are you on?

I think DWM uses it to render the desktop and aero, repair windows or reinstall.
