That's a fairly decent deal, but considering the GPU was used at some point, I would just hop on reddit's r/hardwareswap and get two 7970s for ~$130 each. If you have the PSU and can deal with incompatible games, go on ahead.

Except this was almost certainly mined on. The 7990 was the second most popular mining card after the 290/290x
