What makes good airflow optimized fan?

I'm doing a science fair project and need some information, as much information as humanly possible please

If you did give me even just a little that would be great to but I desperately need this info thanks in advance for all who help out!

Thin swept blades

The narrow gap between the blades allows the channel of air to be much more focused against rads/heatsinks.
