Monitor help?

Hey guys,  so I am almost done with my rig and now I need a monitor because all i have is a 720p tv right now and i want a 1080p.  I will also be using this as my tv screen so I need one HDMI port.  The price range I want is under 150$.  I also like frameless look  Right now I am liking the look of this http://www.bestbuy.com/site/21.5%22+IPS+LED+HD+Monitor/8163044.p?id=1218864514315&skuId=8163044&st=aoc&cp=1&lp=2#tab=specifications  and this http://www.amazon.com/AOC-i2367Fh-23-Inch-Screen-Monitor/dp/B009V8F700/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1372467107&sr=1-3&keywords=1080p+monitor .  The thing I want to know is are these good.  I will be using two displays if that makes a difference.  I'm open to suggestions!

I would say get the second one, the one on Amazon.  The smaller bezel and the better stand is all the reason I need and the icing on the cake is that it isnt from best buy.
