when i had my gpu in the upper slot that was right under the cpu heat sync it was even more empty

Once upon a time, i bought a dell xps 8700. Worst choice of my life.

The Specs were as follows

CPU: i7 4770

MOTHERBOARD: Dell Z87 matx Motherboard

CPU COOLER: Dell Cooler

CASE: Matx Xps 8700 case

MEMORY: 4x4gb 1600mhz Kingston

STORAGE: 2tb Segate Baracuda

GPU: Gtx 645 1gb

PSU: 460W dell psu

some random dvd drive

OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows 8.1 64-bit

 

i hate it so much that i don't have pictures

 

I then learned about computers, and realized that my performance was shit and gaming was terrible. So I set out on the mission of upgrading my computer. My plans changed a lot about the upgrades before i upraded.

 

When i finally ordered a 280x and new cx600m and added a fan.

But i was not done there! About a month ago I ordered a some new parts. A Fractal Design define r4, a hyperx 120gb ssd (and a pair hyperx clouds)

and more pictures.

Yes, i used a kitchen, deal with it linus!

Now, I currently am running into issues with the r9 280x so i am running it with the gtx 645 back in it.

 

i am hoping to upgrade the motherboard, cpu cooler, getting some colored ram heat syncs  and putting the graphics card back in it.

What is the blue ram in the system originally? My friend paid 1200 for his prebuilt last year or so and got a:

 

3770k

32gb ddr3 800mhz 

hd 8760 

some mobo with one pci

2tb off brand hdd

acer crap case

so the ram i have in the pc part list is beacause i have a 4x4 1600mhz kit from kingston but i dont know the real model

I like that cooler design (and more or less the whole card) on the GTX 645. Don't know why though.

 

I like the case on that Dell.
