nicely choked out fans :P looks great but those front fans are probably not doing much really

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Yeah well, that's IN Win for you. I do not expect this to be the greatest performer cooling-wise but that was also not the point of the build. As long as it will do what I require and not boil in the process, I'm fine :D

To be fair if I were to build the PC now I would probably buy the Singularity Computers Spectre case but that ship has sailed long time ago ;-) This is the only other one that "speaks" to me.

You realize a basic 240 is like the Equivalent to 400-450watts, that's why I said bigger rads are mostly overkill. You're almost better off with increasing pump speeds and flow rates, yow would benefit more there.

i don't know where you got that from but even 280 rads with push/pull at full blast can't normally do that:
(unless you're running a much higher than a 10c delta)

@Mnpctech Thank you! I actually got cable combs from you guys and was going to buy a verticle gpu mount and riser for my future sli which will run to the other side of the case (custom window and watercooled gpu mounted vertically) First build but I've let this hobbie consume the past 6 months of my life and now am a pro at modding and have all the tools necessary. Want to do it as a side gig as I seem to be good at it and more importantly like doing it.

And If anyone needs help with their build or modding let me know as I'd be happy to do some pro bono work. Also, this build is a monster overclocker:)

Below is the finished custom modded corsair emblem I made out of acrylic and an led.

I7 6950X 4.2 Ghz with 1.2V (Cache 3.4 with 1.15) full load did not go beyond 68C package (hottest core was something around 61) and was totally silent so I consider it good enough for my purposes :D

Last watercooling component arrived for my loop. Some sexy ekwb monarch x4 block and modules ti match my black, white, and copper build.  Will do the other two ram modules, bend some more tubes, and add it to the lineup this weekend. Will post finished product then!

Finally had time to install all 4 modules and attach the EK water block.  I will be re-doing the bends so that everything is parallel, but since I had limited time and wanted to get online to play some pubg with my friends, I set it up the simplist way possible. Please let me know what you think and how I can do the final loop. Otherwise, it came out pretty nice.

Thanks!

Redid my bends to make everything look more parallel. What do you think? Posted a before and after. Also added another Samsung 850 evo 1tb SSD. Now total storage consists of:

2x 1tb Samsung 850 Evo SSD's in Raid 0 for games/video editing/storage

1x Samsung 950 Evo NVME M.2 for Operating System

1x 2tb Seagate Barracuda 2.5" for scheduled imaging of my Raid 0 config.

I decided to use Macrium Reflect to schedule Sunday night weekly imaging backups of my Raid 0 2x 1tb Samsung 850 evo drives in Raid 0 to my 2tb Seagate Barracuda. This is for redundancy in the case of a drive failure. Any other suggestions of how to config this are greatly appreciated.

Thanks

My first watercooling build. Started planning when I got addicted to LTT :P

It's just a soft tubing custom loop in a 200cmx60cm desk. I'm still lacking a molex extension cable, so only one of the 3 fans on the EK XE360 is turning at the moment.
When I do so, I'll also comb most of the cables and do a better cable management job.

In the future, I'll get a better GPU. Waiting for 1180...I'll also add two more M.2 SSDs and go raid 0.

Specs:
i7-8700k
Aorus Gaming 7 Z370 motherboard
G.Skill Trident Z 3200 MHz (16GB total)
EK monoblock
EK XE 360
EK D5 combo RGB PWM pump
Samsung 970 EVO

6x EK Furious Vardar 3000RPM fans. 3 on the radiator, 3 as 'case fans' next to the motherboard.

Very beautiful looking build. Only question I have is all other areas you did bend beyond the outlet off the CPU where you went with a fitting. Seems a bit out of place for my eye. Other than that, looks Extremely good and well done.

Thanks :) only did it because otherwise it would be a 3x bend. I am just able to do a one time at the moment since its my first loop haha.  Maybe in future ill try to do a 3 way.  But for now i will leave it as a 2x  one way bend and a fitting

Not much to look at, but here are some in-development pictures of my build. i7-7700k and a Titan XP in the loop, all inside of a Node 202 case. At first the thermal results were a little disappointing. I switched the fans to be between the GPU and the radiator pushing air out the bottom of the case and now it works great. It fits with all of the exterior shell of the case being unmodified. Pretty happy with the results.

It looks great. Can I see more details? I have a similar plan on my 202 and I saw you used full sized fans and rad. How did you make it? Any build logs?
