the PSU is a little lacking for what you are using, i suggest a minimum of 850w for 2gpu's  

750w for 2 980's is fine but since he chose an Intel 6 core it is a bit tight but 750w is fine but with 800 or 850 you have a bit more room.

You might want to try and find a shorter GPU, unless you can live without the Drive Cages.

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-strixgtx980dc2oc4gd5 is 11.38" (289mm), while the cage can fit 11.10" (282mm) With Drive Cages.

 

I would have gone with http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-gtx980gaming4g - 10.98" (279mm).

I only have 1 hard drive and 1 ssd, so I'm fine without some drive cages

Thats good, since you will only have access to 1 drive cage with 1 hd space in it, plus the 3 front bays.

NZXT Source 530 - Cooling space:

Front 2x140mm/ 120mm or 1x200mm

Rear 1x140mm / 120mm (1x120mm included)

Bottom 2x120mm

Top 2x140mm or 3x120mm (1x120mm included)

Interior 1x120mm/140mm

 

There should be room enough for it, it just depend on what else you put in.
