Already re-installed the Display driver..its not only on chrome but even on the log on screen.. but while gaming nothing!

see i clicked away from chrome i think it has something do to with flash.. even tho i updated it to the latest

Check gpu temps.  See if your fan is working properly on the gpu.  Test psu with a multimeter to see if there is anything wrong there.

GPU n CPU temp are great.. Core Clock n Memory Clock look fine..

 

i did OC my card but i reverted the settings the same day...

I would return that gpu if its new

If its old than underclock it/buy new

Its not cable because of second picture there is play button over artifact. Also it would not be seen on printscr
