LED not configerable for GTX 970 Palit Jetstream

In the Geforce Experience program which seems to support LED visualiser. However, I tried some adjustments, even just on or off, have no actual effect, the LED it has just on all the way. Anyone has this card and have this issue?

The card might be set up in a way that the LED is static and cannot be changed.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

what brand GTX970 do you have i know MSI does let you control it and i think gigabyte aswell but the others idk

Taiwanese brand usually sold in Asian region. Just like I can't find EVGA around here.
