Titan Fenrir brackets needed

I have attempted to call Evercool's customer support line. Even going as far as sending emails and waiting on hold nearly an hour just to be told they can't help me. I have an Evercool Z-Axis Titan Fenrir 120mm cpu cooler, and I managed to break one of my mounting screws (used pliers like an idiot and broke it). I've looked online and can't find replacement parts for this thing anywhere, so I was hoping the community could point me in a direction where i could possibly get a new bracket or just another hold-down screw. My cooler is current just sitting on my cpu with only thermal paste holding it in place. I can't stand my case up because of this, so it has been laying on the ground on it's side for quite some time now. Any help/suggestions guys?

ok, so here we are 16 days later. i waited just as not to be annoying and be yelled at by mods. secondary question (seeing as how no replies to the previous). could i possibly use other brand's backplate/retension bracket screws to hold my heatsink down? i would assume that any type of screw/bolt combo would work as long as it holds the heatsink in place (using proper washers as to not allow metal touching the mobo). am i right or wrong in assuming this?
