If that's what 760s are selling for I might as well just give mine to my cousins.

I would buy it, sell it for a higher price (l just googled the price of a 2nd hand 760 on ebay for like 280$) and get like a r9 280. Tadaaaa~

Better yet, buy both, sell both at $560 and get a sweet 970 with like $200 left over

I don't know where you're looking but an offhand 760 shouldnt sell for that much considering you can get a new one for like $220

can it run most games at 1080p maxed out (with out AA and other filters) like: BF4, tomb raider, and stuff like that?

because my crappy 650Ti boost can only max out a handful of games like minecraft, cubeworld, unturned (almost maxed out), Insurgency and BF3

I don't think it's that great a deal, even if they were brand new.

Shit, a couple of weeks ago you could get a Zotac GTX 760 4GB for $168 new. Since you have an i5, skip the 760 and get a brand new R9 280 for $150 after rebate:

Better overall card with 1GB more of VRAM. If your friend is using an i3 or Pentium he'd be better off with the 760 than the 280, but if he has an i5 or better then the R9 280 is a better card overall.

Yes no matter what you should still make a decent profit out of it
