The Livestream spotlight killed your photobucket bandwidth. You should reupload them to another host or upgrade your account.

you put the gpu in the 2nd pcie slot doesn't that mean your not getting full performance?

doesn't affect performance at all.

Plus you can't fit it on the 1st slot because the silverarrow is blocking the slot.
