Video Card that will fit inside Elite 310?

What's the best card that I can get that will fit inside a Cooler Master Elite 310? For reference, the max card size for the case is 8.7 inches. And would the MSI N560GTX Twin Frozr II/OC fit inside my case?

you could put a 650ti?

That's weird on the user manual it said the max GPU card size was 8.7 inches.
