Upgrading Case Fans

Sfobrien52

I've been looking into upgrading the case fans on my Cooler Master HAF 912. The best I can guess is the basic fans are http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103052

Whats most important to me is to not add too much noise while still increasing air flow.

I found these fans http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103061

which seem to claim that they can produce incredibly good airflow with no increase in noise. These 10$ fans actually beat the airflow/noise ratios of all the more expensive fans. Are they reporting the decibels produced incorrectly? or is this legit?

Also, any suggestions for your favorite awesome quiet case fan is welcome :)

Noctua NF-P12 or Noctua NF-A12 are both great fans for being very quiet and have great air flow. I have had that Cooler Master fan before and its not the most quiet to me compared to Noctua fans.

Those fans are very loud from coolermaster, indeed the Noctua and the fans from corsair are very good, silent and high performance.
