This would help me tremendously in upgrading my system from an i7-3770K. My system runs great, yet when it comes to running productive tasks, such as executing and compiling vast amounts of code, it struggles and slows down to a crawl.

ME WANTTTTTTTTTTTT! If I got one of these processors, i would use it for 3D modeling and video rendering, and to show off how awesome it is:D

Heyo Linus,

            I currently have a frigign Core i3 1st gen with a Nvidia 9600 GT and trying to Play Far Cry 4 at Ultra - which as you can guess... isn't a good idea. So please if possible, provide me with this amazing processor and I'll take care of the new Asus motherboard and a brand new graphics card as well. If possible. Thank you in advance.

hey guys! im new to linustechtips and the whole modding scene in general. looks like im right at home :} my rig is so outdated and now im left with the question, which is the right intel processor will i need to maximize my gaming experience? that Intel Core i7 5820k will DEFINITELY help me in my decision linus :D

well i do a lot of 3d moddeling and game engine work which requiers long ass rendering and baking on my currant cpu,  so i could use this beast to significantly speed up my workflow,
