OC crash 5 times in a row .....Why?

This could be because OCCT generates mega heat and maybe your cooling solution is not as effective but then again OCCT has always been buggy for me too on Ivy Bridge so i don't use it.

 

OCCT is a faild program for me for stress testing. till now AiEDA 64 is best. as i noticed AIEDA puts system in kind of real world high end task no very high like Prime 95 no very low. or headshot like OCCT. we need to test rather system is stable or not for real world operation we don't need to see where will it die. LOL

Use cinebench, I think it's a good stability testing software (not sure if it is for stability though)

No its not stablility test .its a benchmark

Prime 95, AIEDA64 are examples of stress tests .

It sounds like you're VRMs are throttling, run full stock and test.

 

i did it as you said after loading all stock . i ran OCCT for 10 mints it didn't carshed . Resluts below

i read about VRM (Voltage Regulator Module) and its operation and Crashing is looking like Yes VRMs are not sending needed power to CPU.

 

Now plz explain VRM throttling coz offcouse it will throttle with CPU ask for more i think you mean overthrottling ? but overthrottling means overvoltage then needed . overvoltage will cause heat and heat trips down CPU? or something else is happening ? its CPU is triping or motherboard is doning someing wrong?

Plz help.

you mean turbo boost off only 3.5 ghz and test on OCCT on Auto voltage ? ok if my VRAM is throttling ...is it a fault on Motherbord ?

Not your VRAM, your mother board's Voltage Regulation Module. It probably can't handle higher voltages you're pumping. I've gone through the same thing about a month ago.

yeah i got it means i need to change motherboard from K to A series i'm using Asus . but when i put it on 5.13ghz and volts was 1.351v its was stable on Prime95 for an hour i my self stopped the test coz it was above 82C in temp.  is it possible that extensive tests for hours in 24 hours many changings down and ups in voltage weaken the caps of VRM? and now its not keeping up or Asus used low quality caps which is almost not possible....

Or you're using too much voltage. If your mobo temps are fine, and your voltage is stable, then you're good.

i didn't crossed 1.3V at all

You are correct about AIDA64 being a more realistic stress test but you also need to test an OC with the programs you use to ensure stability and too, for every additional program you decide to use after a CPU OC is considered stable IMO.
