sound card for vengeance 1300

Hello everyone, I recently purchased the corsair vengeance 1300 and sadly the sound seems somewhat weak. After reading multiple reviews it was recommended to pair up these headphones with a sound card. As such, I am looking at the asus xonar DG and was wondering whether this sound card would be a good value and how it would pair up with my headphones. I'm willing to spend up to $30 and I'm open to suggestions. Thanks!
