Seriously, it's easy to set up manually. "It's boring to set it up manually"? Since when was setting up controls in a game supposed to be entertaining? :P It only takes a couple minutes and you should take the time to set it up so that it's done the way you prefer. 

 

Yep.. game is out of the beta. Now is in v1.0.1 stage.

I tried using the G27 profile and setting the rotation to 900 on the logitech profiler, with an H shifter it would be better but it's too expensive  :(

 

Anyway my 7970 can run it at max settings didn't expect that  :D

 

The game is awesome if someone wants to buy it it's at 50% off on steam!

Has anyone tried Assetto Corsa? I wanted to buy it a few months ago but I was waiting for it to go out of early access, but it's still not complete, so should I buy it now?

Is worth the full price? or should I wait for a sale? or it's a complete waste of money?

(I use a Logitech Driving Force GT)

If you want to get the most out of simulation racing then you simply must try league racing. But not all leagues are equal. I highly recommend Champion Motorsports found at www.cmsracing.com

CMS is an incredibly, positive, and competitive league racing experience. Newcomers of all levels of experience are welcome.

I currently help admin the Fun Series using the Assetto Corsa platform. With the latest round of updates the community is really behind this awesome SIM.

In addition to Assetto Corsa CMS also organizes race series using iRacing, rFactor2, and Power and Glory 3.

I used to love this game, I bought a logitech g27 just to play it! (sadly I sold the g27 as it was just a pain in the ass to keep getting out and setting up)

I'd spend hours trying to beat my own records and I did have the fastest time in the world for a brief time on Silverstone in the lotus f1 car :P I say brief time.. it was like a day..!

it looks amazing.. but they seem to be aiming it towards consoles so by the time we get it it will looks turd and run badly!!

Hard to say until it's actually released. From what i understand, they're aiming to make it look good, but I don't know how realistic the physics will be. If it's being released on consoles, I'm guessing it will be more of an arcade-sim like Forza and GT, rather than a full on racing sim like Assetto.

I do agree, but they have said themselves its not aimed to be the ultimate Sim, but rather a Drivers game. The reviews have been looking awesome though.

pCars physics lean more towards full sim but not quite there yet. Pretty similar to Race Room Racing Experience imo.
