best 4k gaming gpu 2014-2015?

Wait the R9 3xx series imo.

 

AMD handles 4K much better than Nvidia and assuming the 3xx series has a similarly large or larger memory bus it will likely perform drastically better. (To the point where a single card may be enough for most games at 4K.)

 

 

4K // R5 3600 // RTX2080Ti

I would lean towards the 295x2 for the price if your power supply can handle it. It looks cleaner having one card installed and the AIO will keep temps low on the GPU.

Yes I have 2 overclocked gtx 780ti with a pb287q 4k monitor for gaming.

Not at all. The 780ti sli is still too slow to be limited by 3gb of frame buffer. I need to turn the details down in more demanding titles from ultra to high to maintain 60-85fps and that in turn reduces the necessary vram to run the game. I also keep AA to a minimal like 2x to 4x max.
