"acer e350 liquid gallant duo" crashes after internet connection (help plz)

- ? Released 2012, September ?

- dual sim

 

 

the problem:

i have this acer "e350 liquid gallant duo" that is probably out of warranty. every time i want to connect to the internet (either with wifi or mobile data), my phone keeps getting loads of error messages of random apps and system parts. also when that happens (usually within 1 minute of being connected to any kind of network) my phone cant connect to my mobile provider (so i cant call or text anyone). once i reboot i can have 1 minute of internet again if i am lucky.

 

what i have tried:

- resetting to factory settings and wiping cache (in the boot menu) (didn't fix it)

- uninstalled non-standard apps (didn't fix it)

- updated ALL the apps (didn't fix it)

- searched for official updates for the phone (cant find any)

what i noticed:

- everytime i open google chrome on my mobile phone, it appears to load the same "google search for tetris for mobile" even though i closed that tab earlier and browsed to other things

 

so, should i buy the nexus 5, or can this be fixed?
