Shipping to Australia.

Generally I find that buying from local AU PC retailers is always the better option over getting it shipped in from the US. Once you factor in exchange rate (which isn't doing as well atm) and add in shipping and extra handling charges it ends up being about the same minus $10-$20 and if you ever need to return it or get support because it got damaged in transit or lost it becomes even more difficult and costly. A Good way to find out who is the cheapest PC retailer in AUS for a particular item is to use a site called StaticIce http://staticice.com.au

Finally I'm buying my new GPU.  :)

However I've been reading about something that the US Amazon & NewEgg can't ship to Australia?

Here are my options:

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JJJW4Z2/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=2JOY20L3BRC3&coliid=I2HSPW3JPPB1GG = $396.58 AUD

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202103 = $384.56 AUD

Or.. I could go with MSY = $420 AUD for the slower r9 290 tri-x model.  :(

Yeah, I see that I'm just wondering if I'll have to pay extra shipping charges or if it would be overall cheaper at MSY.

Edit: Off topic comment, I love what it says for your location.
