Best case fans?

I have an NZXT S340 with positive AF. My CPU is on a CM 280L in the front. My GTX 970 is hooked up to a 120mm Asetek via Kraken G10 in the rear. On the 280L I have the stock fans pushing and some 140mm Fractals pulling. On the top, I have a 120mm stock NZXT fan pushing. Finally, I have another 120mm NZXT in the rear in pull. So. I want some new fans. My plan is to replace the CM's with a pair of Fractals (save cost for uniformity and I trust those fans with my life). I know that they aren't the best for airflow but they are silent and 4 in push-pull should be fine. I don't know what to do about the the top and rear, though. The top might as well be another Fractal but the back needs to be strong. I need a very strong fan for pull that is 120mm and is silent. And no, I'm not forking out $35 for a Noctua Blackout. Any help is greatly appreciated.

So you don't want to spend good money on good fans? But you want the best case fans? What is you budget then?

Get the be quiet! silent wings? Or how about the enermax magma? I also heard the Silverstone air penetrator are pretty good too. You can find all these fans sub 20$ at least here in canada.

Get some crappy corsair fans.
